Online Team Training
Our online team training program is a great way to equip your athletes with the tools they need to develop their strength, power, speed, agility, mobility, and conditioning while preventing injury. Players will have access to our science based sport specific strength and conditioning protocol developed to progressively enhance their athleticism throughout the season or off-season to take their game to the next level.
This program will be delivered through our mobile app where each athletes will access their team training plan. Coaches can use the program for a structured team warm up to prevent injuries before practice and games, recovery protocol to speed up the recovery process day to day and week to week. Have athletes put in extra work on their own or coaches may run the team through the speed/agility, plyometric, and strength drills with the guidance of our science based program hand crafted by our expert coaches.
